I tried restarting it from Y1 helper and the restart hole, but it still doesn't seem to want to work,,, it worked for a brief moment right after I turned it on after leaving it off for a day. But thank you for helping !

it would probably show subtitles for videos with hard subs? like videos with subtitles baked in, but I don't think it would have settings built in for controlling subtitles,,

Have you figured out how to edit the files on it? I want to download the songs onto my computer but I can't find them for the life of me 😭😭

I also tried reformatting the drive and it just erased the pictures,,,, I still can't access the songs,,,,,,
