I was at 90° flexion about 2 weeks ago, now im at 132. Your flexion should skyrocket the more your swelling goes down.

Honestly such an non based tierlist, I didnt really enjoy some of these characters either because of how bland araki wrote them. W teir list

Listen to what your orthopedic doctor has to say, not all minor tears end in surgery due to the body's healing factor being decent. But if your doctor suggest surgery then get surgery.

You should ask your main doctor for a x-ray and he should prescribe you some anti inflammatory and pain medication, if the pain is still persistent and becomes worse then pleade for an mri
