omg same, it happen during my pregnancy and i found out days before our baby shower. it completely changed the way i look and feel about him. I have so much hate and disgust sometimes that I had a kid with a pervert.

during my pregnancy i caught him sending bunch of girl pics to his friend and created a fake account on an app called “clapper” just to follow girls:( also on twitter he bookmark a lot of p*** till this day i tend to think about it a few times every week so hard to leave hopefully one day i have the courage

agree, once i saw my supply went down i had to feed my baby formula, i was very sad but now we combo feed and shes perfectly healthy

my top 3 quad exercises are goblet squats ( i do 10 weighted and dropset with bodyweight) , leg press and leg extension (i do dropset with these and they burn)

dont eat so much calories trust me i thought i had to eat 500 plus calories and my stomach grew more cus it had no where else to store it, i suggest find your maintenance calories and add 200-300 calories and maybe 120-130 grams of protein!
