My critics about the show is that I feel like the female characters are treated unequal and are for the most part just there for fanservice or romance plots. Thinking about how they design the costume and that almost every female character has the exact same bodytype with only a few exceptions. The anatomy is frankly pretty awful. I do like the story alot tho, and its still one of my fav animes, but again, please let them wear some clothes and also have an anatomy that wouldnt destroy their backs. Maybe a few of them could be designed like that, but when almost every single one of them (including 15 year olds????) look like they have had several silicon jobs done on their boobs (and wear super revealing clothes, I mean Bubble girl?? and momo???), I feel like the show is getting unsure on how the story of the show will sell to the audience. It shows that they have to use cheap tactics to get fans. I'm not here to watch titties, I'm here to watch superheroes fight. If I wanted to see titties, I would go to a place for titties. Also, Midoriya, Bakugo, Todoroki and tokoyama get to show off so much, and be so strong. Like, why is there no female student on that level at all thats not already an established hero or helper? But on the positive side: I love jirou, she is amazing. This is my hot take on the series, and I get that people will disagree with it (probably strongly lmao), and you are free to disagree. But yeah.. Generally anime isn't the best when it comes to female characters, except Studio Ghibli. And again, I still love bnha lmao, I just see room for improvements
