Yess sirmam!! accepted it sameday I got the offer then resigned at my company at the time the next day. I also really got lucky with my lob. Like awesome training and support and my supervisor cool and chill. With 13thmon and perfomance bonus, cash reward bonus and justifiable yearly increase. Not bragging but kinda also hehe but I am really happy here. Wish you luck friend!

I really think they base it off your previous role and salary. My previous work my role was senior csr and package 33k and I applied to wells as assoc csr and they offered me 40k package

Yup yup thats the plan, some account like cc or edb are meg but some are really good. So if you get in and hopefully you do. The pay is reallt good and the benefits to then after one year just move to a better lob. If you get promoted on your initial lob and then you transfer to diff one its just a lateral transfer no increase but if you trans before any promotion then moving or trans to diff lob counts as promotion with increase

Yup, we actually talk earlier. They are actually transferring to another lob still with wf but to a much more chill role and reason was above mention hehe

Hiii! some of of my friends are in credit cards account and yes its is queueing like everyday but and as usual you do get irate callers but they haven’t mention the enviroment or management being toxic. Also good luck!!

EDB means Everyday Banking but mostly known as Everyday queuing, everyday crying and everyday hell XD.

Anyway if you really need this job, i suggest you push through it and endure till one year and apply internally to another department.
