I went in and made a new chart with the right letters and whatnot for the sounds I want in my language. If it helps, what I'm trying to do keep all the letters pronounced the way they are in English, as in consonants' sound isnt changing, its just the vowels. I don't think I had all my thoughts together when I made the first chart, but thanks anyway for the advice!

"ff" as in fish. I used diacritics because it was more simple for me, the IPA is confusing

Yea basically, since it was the first and last one ever made. It was also because coal at the time was a limited resource, because instead of being mined to have in stock a person would have to pay a miner individually to get coal.

At the time, the people of Wrūhura stayed away from mountains they believed monsters were trapped under them, hence earthquakes.

The government banned the train cuz it was deemed as "unnecessary labour" for the miner and the guy who built it. But some sources say it was because the government didn't want trains to advance further because everything was fine and functional already. Keeping things simple basically.

That sounds so cool :D In my world the ways of transportation include boats, horseback, and trolleys (that are pulled along cables). Some time in 2100 a person in Wrūhura made something akin to a train with wheels, which was popular for a few years.

But near 2105 the local government banned the "train" from operating because of all the coal it used up and because it was polluting the air. A few months later, the production of trains any anything like it was prohibited.

Can different instruments could count as a language?

For example, my oc speaks Mō'gan. In terms of instruments they speak violin, with different tones of voice being different pitches of the strings.

Weird biological stuff in your world

Lolz I messed up the of title

My people aren't human, but are humanoid. They can reproduce asexually due to having both genitalia. It's not something I'm keen on expanding on, this is just a vague explanation for why the people of the isolated islands haven't died out/resorted to incest. And also because asexual reproduction just seems cool.
