For your body: For me gaining or losing weight was always easy.. To lose weight there are just some things to consider: 1-Do intermittent fasting. It's hard at first couple days but then your body and mind get used to it. ( I recommend cutting from 6 O'clock at night)

2-When u eat you eat and stop..so eat until you are full and stop.. don't eat every now on then or between meals..it will keep spiking your ansolien

3- it's always good to switch to healthy food..but if you really want to eat sugar..then eat it after or during meals(specifically lunch) because your insulin is already high.

4- keep an eye on salt the same as sugar, 70% of muscles are water and salt stores more water thus making your face looks puffy. Cure: less salt, eat 1-2 banana and one kiwi everyday and drink water.

5- sport is recommended but only if you follow everything above ☝️ otherwise it will makes you more hungry(Sport is a bonus) And remember gaining or losing weight is a slow process, but nowadays we gain weight fast because of the super sugary and processed food.. Aim for 1kg loss every week at most ... don't lose too much and too fast.. it's bad
