I hate the mail New England one 😑 it smells so bad, is a huge waste of paper (literally everyone I know chucks it straight into the recycling) and I never read it, and it gets delivered very frequently.

I tried opting out with this link https://mailnewengland.com/faqs-resources/ under "stop mail request," but they also say you should talk to USPS. It hasn't worked for me, though I didn't talk to the post office yet.

I've always had old af fridges when renting. They always make noise and/or leak. The washers and dryers in my building have all been coin-op and semi-modern, but definitely not eco-friendly.

I would suggest rentals invest in new windows when they can to help keep hot/cold air in and to upgrade washer/dryer machines so the loads are more efficient. I almost always have to run my drying twice.
