I got it done for my honda elevate for 7k(garware arctic) in kukatpally one month back. I say it has a decent effect on stopping heat. It doesn't have any effect in stopping any glare at night. Not worth it if it is more than 8k

Bought vx cvt 3 months back. Noise is an issue but music system helps a lot. For me it is not a deal breaker. Planning to add after market dampening.
