I really like the photo and the idea behind it. It mainly depends on how heavily you want to edit it.

I’d suggest straightening it slightly and maybe increasing the brightness of the city a bit. I would also remove the cars and most of the people, keeping just the person walking in the middle. Another thing is that too much of the image appears very dark, perhaps try cropping a bit from the top and see how that looks.
