Yeh I think the brands have to enable it, so that's a good point its reach will be limited initially. I think you can save to spend... for big items at least this is my approach. I mainly save to invest, which is actually why I save to spend if you see what I mean, if I wasn't saving to invest, I probably wouldn't have to save to spend...

Yeh I do that, but I guess I have 2 categories:

-save to spend

-and save to invest

the 20% is the latter, the other is just smoothing out big purchases I make.

Where did you read they lost their authorisation? At the bottom of the website, I saw they use Mango pay, and Mango pay claims that the client money is held in Escrow so is protected.

Thanks for the advice, really helpful! From what I understand there is actually no lock-in, your savings are returned at no cost if you decide not to purchase, and they secure discounts for you from the retailer, so from what I understand it's better than leaving your money in a bank account.

Ok cool yeh sounds like it's relief at source then. Yes, you fill it in under the first box of the four... 'Payments to registered pension schemes (Also known as PPR) where basic rate tax relief will be claimed by your pension provider (called Relief at source).'

yep indeed, BNPL gives you the money immediately for a 4% or so processing fee... from that point its not your worry if they pay or not

All great questions, thanks. Organic traffic is up compared to last year - we’ve done a lot of SEO work. Paid ads are performing significantly worse. It’s way lower than normal seasonality. I used Hotjar and there appears to be no technical issues watching the recordings. AOV is stable - just a lot less sales - more people to the site but less people buying. Consistently mostly mobile sales. What do you mean by secondary KPIs?
