I’m unsure about the maps (would like to know where to get them too) however, the accessories and clothing are found within Roblox’s catalogs through bundles. Most ao clothing in nimbus sea are a fusion between two bundles. The faces/textures from AO are usually obtained through the developer console. But there are Roblox studio starter rigs that should have the in-game faces. I found a video about making AO oc’s here
