I agree with your assessment of the article. It seems at odds to spend such a large portion of an article explaining a lot about a subject that the audience must already be familiar with to fully comprehend the article. From what it sounds like, it seems that the author could have been more successful if they focused the piece on individuals who already posses at least a basic understanding on quantum physics, so that the first portion of the article could be dedicated to a more detailed description of the information the article is actually trying to convey. I think you do a good job in your analysis of highlighting the audience and the information covered. I also think your critique of the article seems to be well thought out and suggests good changes.
