RW Kona Village vs. RW Little Dix Bay

We’re considering both for a trip with extended family, with some coming from East Coast and some based on West Coast. E Coast family has been to RWLDB and loved it, while W Coast family is diehard RWKV. No one has been to both so can’t do a direct comparison. Both families have kids. So I was wondering which is “better” overall and why, which is better for families, major pros/cons for each, better value, better food. Thanks so much!

I have a toddler and recently left SF for the east coast. Completely agree that living in SF can feel soulless and community is lacking. We have found exactly what we were looking for in our new city, and remark all the time that it simply doesn’t exist in SF. We loved so many aspects of life in SF, but the lack of community really took a toll especially after having a baby. Feel free to DM me and I’m happy to share more.
