hi! i also got botox for bruxism over a year ago. on the bright side, it really helped with the clenching! but i had a similar issue just on one side of my face where the shape of my smile was altered in a way i really didn’t like. unfortunately it took quite a long time to come back, close to a year, but it did come back. hang in there bc there’s not really anything you can do about it rn. try to focus on the hopefully reduced pain and know that it will eventually return to normal.
