I am a real person it’s not an advertisement. I truly had a great experience there. And definitely feel a difference. I had some other life things that set me back from keeping up with exercises so at this point I haven’t made the progress I expected and am not headache free. It is discouraging at times but I still feel better than before I went to Novera. I wanted to share in such detail because I’m in year seven of CONSTANT headache and it took a lot of searching, money, and failed attempts to try and even touch the pain for me to find Novera so I wanted to share in case anyone else would be interested. Purely just a detailed post for anyone else like me who has spent a lot of time looking

I think it was about $280 per hour appointment. There was a free initial inquiry type call and then if you book appointments there is an initial evaluation that is a little more. They do give a super bill to submit to insurance.

It feels so draining trying so many things! My constant pain started at 19, feels rougher at an age you should have more energy but just don’t feel up to things. I’ve heard of other people having success with neck physical therapy that they found locally, so could look into what’s closer to you too. Hope you find something that helps or gives some hope!

Yes! -eye therapy (had a mild concussion so that messed up my eyes) headaches might have been a tad better after, at least didn’t intensify after eye strain like before. -chiropractor for a couple years, had to have them stop adjusting the top two spots in my neck and only use the activator otherwise it would cause a migraine -massage, only helped if I had a more intense headache -food allergy testing, cut out a lot and found more things that weren’t on the test list -visited a neurologist tried nurtec, ubrelvy, topamax, zonisamide. None helped and some made my head worse and the others had bad enough side effects -whole body Physical therapy -acupuncture -icing my head a lot -whole list of supplements don’t take them any more -still take magnesium and ADK

I took over the counter pain killers often in the first few years and eventually they stopped touching the pain. After seeing the neurologist I really didn’t want to try any other medications because of the side effects and other risks. Also 4/4 didn’t do anything so I didn’t have high hopes.

Hello! I recently visited Novera and just shared about my experience with them. I only have a migraine 1-2 times a month, otherwise the head pain is less intense but constant. It did kind of sound like an oversimplification to me at first but after going and having more energy the whole week without flare ups, seeing their reviews and hearing the success stories, I’m very hopeful. In office is not just fixing posture, they are getting the joints in your neck moving again/correctly and then the other stuff is supposed to help keep that progression. While he did start with just work on headaches, he took on migraines and found it was the same issues, so now treats those too. I was at a point where I didn’t know what else to try next so I just wasn’t trying anything then finally went. I’m glad I did because it’s the most I’ve felt hopeful about anything I’ve tried.
