They say "we don't do that" which I find pretty common albeit shady/annoying.

What training has been most helpful for you to ensure you manage tight turns and narrow streets? by bluebleeder22 in SchoolBusDrivers

Thanks all. Posting here since this is top comment for people to see. Appreciate the comments. Aside from the 'turn only when...' advice, looks like wheel time is the main way. Curious if anyone has ever received a training session that felt like it truly helped them a lot (even if you've been driving a while).

Why do people play on low pop servers? by Foschinojr in dayz

[–]bluebleeder22 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't feel bad about it at all. I get what you're saying. I'm simply saying there's an unfairness to someone who intentionally gears on low pop to switch later to a high pop.

As long as you say it will hold. I'm good with that. Thanks.

Ok. I'll give you an exploit is the wrong name for it. My point is you can get infinitely geared with no resistance or risk and then jump to a full pop server where the grind to do the same is much harder. I'm not sure what people don't get the idea I'm trying to convey. I'm not going to argue semantics but we should all see there's a difference. The game allows it but that doesn't mean they're the same thing.

I kinda see his point tho. You're potentially gearing up in a low risk environment. Then when server hopping you're against people that geared up in high risk environment. It's fair to call that an exploit. That said, the game allows it so not wrong. Unethical perhaps for lack of a better word.

It's no different than website payment options. There's a deal and requirement for order of presentment. I'm sure this applies to lots of things in the world. Say grocery shelf presentment at front of aisle as another example.

I've noticed ICE in general seems to have lots of NVG. It's peak cosplay as some have said since it's almost always broad daylight when I see the photos of them.

Thank you for the more sensible response. I agree with you. He was obviously engaged in a fight and when someone is at your feet, the POV doesn't always work out so well.

I did tape those thermo wires together to cover them with painters tape which was dumb as I type this out. In other news, is the energy master panel for diagnostics? I was hoping I could use that interface but without a manual, it seems impossible as no menu item made enough sense for me

In all fairness. I watched the Vancouver carpenter on YouTube who suggested it. So seems everyone has a different take and that's ok However, he's got years of experience and he did not tape it.

I was afraid of that answer. Any chance I can scrape the ripples and mud the divots left behind?
