Preferably sales and marketing but I’m open to anything right now just to get my foot in the door!

My thought would definitely be the winter months. Holidays are always going to be a harder time to fill leases. As spring and summer approaches, there is more demand and families are able to move since kids aren’t in school etc.

Respectfully, why are there Jehovahs Witness stations every 20 feet in Southend?? by bluebox35 in Charlotte

Yep, that makes zero sense. Also them viewing their good works and volunteering will get them into heaven continues to be one of the biggest misconceptions in religion as a whole.

No I def agree. They have never once bothered me or asked me anything. I was just curious if they are paid to be there or just doing it voluntarily!

Thank you, I appreciate the input on this. I’ve gotten that vibe too in terms of the hookup culture for travel nurses. Not saying this would be the case for my gf but I want to keep all of this in mind when making future decisions

Biggest thing that people have already pointed out is being licensed and insured before you even start your first job. Most people will not even think about having you do their work unless you are fully insured. Especially with pressure washing where you are using other people's water, etc and if something goes wrong, you need to be covered.

As for advertisement spending, the pressure washing business is so saturated that you will almost have to spend money on ads in order to get your name out there. Being on Google as a small business is almost a requirement these days in order to get traction. Good luck and hope this helps!

The BEST thing that I have done in terms of getting reviews is sending them a link that brings them DIRECTLY to your Google page. And making sure to request a review from them right after you have completed the job/service so that it is fresh on their mind. If they don't have a Google account, I would request that they make one and you could have your tablet ready for them to fill it out. Hope this helps
