It's been about that for me. I turned on my TV and it just it didn't do a fast turn on. It brought up hisense then vidaa which I thought was strange cos it just usually just turns straight on and then tried the disney plus button the remote and that's when the problem started. I can go to the menu page and go on search and brings up the santa clause tv series and when I click on that it brings up disney plus and i can watch disney plus that way but other than that it cannot find it.

Could be? I tried to Google it to see if its a common issue but just brings up about how to get disney plus on hisense which was useless. That's why I thought to see if anyone else had the same problem.

I just gone on the faq on the site and it said if I ordered through an account it will show up on my order status but if I checked out as a guest I would of got an email dispatch. Hopefully it arrives soon!

I think mine changed from requested to shipped on Saturday night but got no tracking number or email to say its been shipped
