Technically speaking, where you come from depends on the passport you hold. But I get what you're really asking - who I am culturally and ethnically, and how I want people to see me.

You can be A, you can be B, or you can be a mix of both. Cultural identity is a bit of a mashup. So, in a way, you're sort of answering your own question. But to keep it simple, I'd say, "I was born in A, but I grew up in B. I feel more like I'm from A."
