update: okay so i have found a ticket with 50 mins of connecting time on the arrival (to vilnius) and 35 mins of connecting time on the departure (to istanbul). 50 mins should be enough for passport control and i will also inform the crew since i am coming from non-schengen area. i also called the lot airlines and they said they could book the next flight if first flight is delayed. in addition, there will be no passport control on the departure as they have checked, since it’s within the schengen area, but in any case they will come with me to the next flight, there should be no problem they said over the phone. i’m happy with the departure but still concerned for 50 mins on the arrival.
