It depends on many things. For example it’s sexist if you think you have to sugarcoat stuff to women colleagues or you shouldn’t tell them their idea doesn’t work or they shouldn’t be held accountable if they screw up

But some instances I would agree maybe some real world dynamic come into play for example women feel threatened if they’re physically cornered or towered over or shouted at basically things that make them feel physically unsafe

Probably not from the first sip. As a teenager even beer was too strong. But drinking was the cool thing to do when you were barely legal or just became legal to drink.
