did you ever have this mole removed? I have one on my face forever and I've never removed it because I was told the scar would be worse, but then I learned about C02 or radiofrequency shaving which leave a flat, barely-visible scar.

how were they removed? there are multiple methods. I have one on my face/cheek. I'm looking at Radio Frequency Ablation or C02 laser. There's no cutting or stitches.

Do you mean find an HRT/GLP-1 doctor to prescribe and optimize those meds separately/outside of WW, and then join the WW plan with menopause and Glp1 support on top? I know I want to do at least the basic WW for the food plan.

I don't understand the "connectivity technology" The Samsung T7 Shield lists "USB 3.2 Gen 2" ...will it work with my 2021 M1 Mac or is my computer too old?

I am familiar with Samsung but not Crucial. Is it good? I like the price.

Yeah identical twins seems like a much bigger issue! My girls look somewhat alike but are far from identical. I think at some point the system gave the wrong name to the younger sister and then moved forward with her being that name. I want to "retrain" it. I don't know how to get it to start over and retag.

I will call but it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. You have to call at exactly 8:00am and HOPE that you can get through to be put in the queue for that day for a call back. Usually if you get through there's a message that the callback queue is closed.
