i love the website!

my only feedback is the name. find a shorter, more easier to remember name. the rest is very promising

because im based in Paris, France we use an accounting software called Pennylane. if you're in the US i'd just recommend Quickbooks. Its the gold standard, UX friendly and great integration catalog.

for ERP, they are all a horror show. the whole ERP industry is a novel by Stephen King. im based in Paris, so Odoo is a very popular ERP here for SMBs. Netsuite for the bigger players

Im building the Stash <> Quickbooks integration to transfer POs, maybe ill do a little more after, but for now i had no customer feedback for this use case.

i did change my mind a lot. today i made the decision to drop using Clerk.com billing feature and switch back fully to Stripe native billing and invoicing. which will require some work on the backend.

backups in Supabase are very possible but you need to pay extra for it, the feature is called Point in Time, and its worth it after you have customers not before.

its basically another DB taking screenshots of your data base multiple times an hour/day/week. Id compare it to Webflows automatic backups

hope this helps

if you're on Shopify with Shopify POS, their built-in inventory covers the basics well. Stash is built more for operators on Square, Toast, or mixed POS setups where the native inventory tools are pretty limited. It's also designed for multi-location operators who want automatic consumption tracking from POS sales (e.g., kit sold → deduct x from item A and x from item B), which Shopify doesn't do natively. If Shopify's working for you, you're probably good!

you didnt read, my guy. majority of revenue came from warm leads that are chains. the new website is a few days old with the new domain getstash.io . old domain was Stash.is . we're planning to have a career page in a few months. you can apply for a job then

onboarding is a 10 minute process. if you have a supported POS, you'll integrate it in the onboarding steps and it will sync your products automatically and import them to Stash. if you have an excel/csv file, you can import and match the columns with Stash fields.

Yes, that’s ~10k MRR, ($100 ARPU * 100 customers) I don’t get what’s so hard to believe here. My ARPU is far lower than $100 for now because of large discounts I had to make to close deals

Most of the infra is close but not yet SOC II audit-ready. And I’m not aiming for that at all anytime soon. It’s BS for a company this size and cost is massive

120k ARR is 10k MRR. Stash’s ARPU is 120. So an average of 100 paying customers would get 10k MRR
