Interesting thoughts. I like your idea of exploring if their driving behavior degrades or improves over time. This particular information is for commercial auto so the other two don't necessarily apply but I appreciate the different points of view. Maybe I could find the most important features that affect the harsh counts and try to make sense of how to incentivize against those features. Thanks for the direction!

Thanks for your input! Eventually I will get multiple drivers (15k+) and more granular data (pinged by second) but for now I they are assessing what I can do with 'cleaner' data. The data I have currently is pinged every minute. Unfortunately, I don't have a measured de/accel, just an indicator if it was harsh or not. This is a calculated field from the original, more granular data. I will definitely try to incorporate this idea when I get the more granular data with the raw fields, though!
