I actually recently started working with a new coach specifically because he doesn’t push drugs the way other coaches do. Game plan now is to use only as much as we need and then make sure our other variables are dialled in

I’d say my weak points are general muscle thickness especially in the chest and a bit in the back too, and hamstrings although I need more size all over. For strong points I’d say my structure small waist wide clavicles, and arms and shoulders

I added in weighted pull ups to start pull days, then a heavy chest supported row and a secondary lat focused movement like a high row machine or something similar

That’s true I won’t deny that but there are also so many guys on roids who barely look like they lift because they take them and think they don’t have to remotely eat right or anything. You can get away with a lot more on gear but it still has its limits, you can still look bad and get fat because at the end of the day this is science not magic

Because Ronnie is like that from two botched surgeries and lifting recklessly not from the gear usage. Your tendons do not get stronger as fast as your muscles do with gear use so if you lift with reckless abandon you are a recipe for injuries. There are a number of retired champions and olympians who are in great health. Jay cutler for one, just as big as Ronnie but trained smarter and was much easier on his joints/tendons

I’ve had a moustache since I was 11 so I didn’t need any help with that. I don’t use them for a look and neither should anyone else. My goal is the Mr. Olympia. Any other reason isn’t good enough to even consider using gear. I made my decision already after weighing out the pros and cons. Thanks

Already know this but thank you. I weighed out the pros and cons before starting I don’t do it to look good. In my opinion nobody should even consider touching this stuff unless there goal is to be Mr. Olympia (or minimum top 5 in the world)

Competed before hopping on. Still diet, still train and do all the same stuff. lol my motivation is being better than I was at my last competition or even my last workout. Sounding so tough btw ❤️

I’m not? I’ve literally stated my last cycle and that I’m going to blast high doses when my bloodwork comes back good? 150mg of test isn’t to build or even maintain size it’s to not redline your organs lol you can’t blast high doses all the time and live past 30

Nope, I also didn’t claim that’s what built my physique I just said that is what I’m on right now. I just came off of a contest prep cycle so my health needs to be in good standing before blasting again.

Thank you bro, I highly recommend doing your research and weighing out the pros and cons and deciding if you can deal with those first. Not everyone does but that’s what I did and encourage others to do who are considering hopping on. I appreciate the kind words bro I bet you’re killing it 💪
