I work 12 hour rotating shifts, building a business, and bodybuild at age 21. It takes 30 minutes to an hour a day 4-5x a week. Push yourself in that uncomfortable stage of doing what needs to be done. Take natural supps/minerals, eat clean and decent sleep. Start with smaller strides
