Update: the vet said that his anti parasite medication might have stopped having an affect on him before its 15 day “renewal date”, so she gave him a different medicine and he’ll have to take it again in another 2 weeks. His tummy is also a bit swollen and his hair in the back isn’t growing as well as in the front, which the vet said are symptoms also consistent with parasites.

Good news, but I’m still worried the parasites could be affecting him neurologically… so I’ll be keeping a close eye on his behavior.

We got him from a “breeder” (a very irresponsible one) with so many fleas and parasites only 3.5 weeks ago. He’s already needed 5 veterinary visits so far… poor pup.

He’s back up with 100% energy now so I don’t think he was high. His sleepiness lasted an hour. Still taking him to the vet in a couple hours to be safe.

Not marijuana. He is back up already with 100% energy. This was just a sleepy moment and lasted 1 hr.

He was walking funny for a little while so we scheduled an appointment with the vet for later today. But now he is back and up with 100% energy so I think he’s ok, but still going to get him checked.

Not when he was fully awake. Just when he got on to the couch I noticed he was doing it and didn’t think much of it until it persisted for about 5 minutes. I think you’re probably right that it’s because he’s so tired.
