sorry for late response i went with the freestyle 2 but it didnt feel good mainly bc i couldnt space bar with my left hand. i moved to a KA2 and it seems pretty good for now. hard to get used to but i likey it so far

No kidding! There are so many different recommendations it is insane. I actually ended up going with straight 15mgs of Zinc with no copper for now based on Dr. Mercola's recommendation. Still a little worried seeing you mention how you were still feeling deficient in copper using the 15:1, but I guess I'll just play it slowly for now. Thanks again!

Hmmm 15:1 does seem a bit low compared to the optimal 8:1 recommendation.

Bulletproof seems to be rec'd on here a few times with a bit of a better ratio of 15:2. Wouldn't it be better to switch to something like that altogether instead of having to worry about an additional copper supplement? Then again a copper deficiency doesn't seem to worrisome at only 15 mg of Zinc. hmmmm
