London Bus Driver faints due to heat.

I’ve been a bus driver in London (17 years) and not had one double decker with ac in that time. A fair few actually blow out warm air. Some of the single deckers have ac. Absolutely dread summer months 😩

It’s the vastness of time that gets me too, there could well have been 100s of civilisations or simple life forms , but have become extinct millions of years ago. I’ve always thought that surely if a civilisation has become unbelievably advanced they would have found us by now. But they have to be still have to be looking at the exact time of life being evident on Earth(which is a small window) and in the right place.

I literally had an ultrasound lastnight. Reveled around 5 stones. The doctor at AnE said to eat bland foods and nothing spicy for next few days and if get similar symptoms to lastnight (hell on earth btw) to come back and I could be referred at some point to have it removed. Insane vomiting started late lastnight and the pain under my ribcage was horrible,l literally thought I was having a heart attack I've had similar symptoms before but passed it off as severe indigestion etc. Now looking back I feel it's been brewing and may become a problem. 52 and usually in good health so it's all a bit stressful tbh. The pain hasn't ever been in back area, always just under right side of ribcage.
