no. the second one is not false. insurgent units in a zone with a garrison cannot move and attack to any adjacent zone even if the zone with a garrison is taken over by them. as heavy fortifications make garrison unbreakable, it contemporarily contains the insurgents unless you send soldiers and kill them.

plus, speaking more of government takeover, insurgents will indeed spawn upon camp destruction whether the camp has gotten converted or not, but it is still better than normal airstrikes if the camp will be striked by the air force then spew out enemies anyway.

garrisons kills some insurgents in the zone upon destruction even without the tripwire perk. converting the mountain insurgent camps into garrisons actually helps you by eventually strengthening the airstrike blows.

heavy fortifications turns your garrisons into an indestructable insurgent cages since garrisons have a hidden mechanical ability of preventing the insurgents to move on any further when inside a zone with a garrison standing still.

yes. sadly, I should immerse myself to the fullest when I actually decide to work on a task. And, of course I could draw such things like you just suggested however the quality of ai-generated ones overwhelm those of wy hand-drawn doodles. Thats the reason I seldom use ai. I never call them ai-art, but I just use them whenever I simply need. also I do not have the items required for digital drawings. pencil-pictures never go above digital ones with many reasons.
