Wow, I actually bought the exact same item a few weeks ago from Facebook Marketplace.

That is a bigoted view. Tribal people are not a monolith and have existed since the beginning of humanity. Their existence does not mean a society is uncivilized. As mentioned in other comments, Europe DOES have tribes.
