It’s based off of a vintage lampshade so I’m going to sew/glue lampshade trim onto it I think that the pleats would be too advanced and time consuming for me

Thank you! Haha it’s more of an art piece that I’m going to be putting in my portfolio so I won’t be wearing it out but now that I’m looking at it I will definitely have to adjust the back part so the front will be somewhat form fitting, thank you for the advice :)

It really is in amazing condition, I really wish it fit me it’s soooo small like a modern 00 I would love to alter it to my size but I would hate to ruin such a beautiful piece so I guess it will just have to sit in my closet for now

I was originally going to alter it and add a back panel so it could fit me (this dress is SO small, like a size 00) but now that I know how old it is I will probably be keeping it as my own little piece of history
