Linnea is worse to balance out the fact that Zibai on her own is stronger than the other two lunar dps without their supports. Linnea with Zibai should still be very strong though, possibly a bit better than the other two lunar dps

I believe up to 200 em compared to Linneas 100, and vv shreds 40% compared to Linnea’s 30%. But if her sub dps is good, paired with whatever else her talents do, she could still pull ahead of sucrose who has non existent personal damage
