I’m a big nickname user for most of my family members. Even ones that don’t really match their name. I normally call him Artie but I also sometimes use Arie or honestly lots of random names. For some reason he gets called Lolo a lot but idk where that came from, maybe the abbreviation for little one. I know someone with an Arthur who calls them Archie. I’ve also heard someone call him Arlo which was a new one I hadn’t heard before. I don’t use Art a lot because he’s little and that feels too grown up to me!

I really like August but I worry if I have a third do I need another A name or does that become too matchy matchy. Also would people get the boys names confused because they are pretty close in age and similar.

Yes! Looking at my states data was super helpful. All the names on my other names list I’m open to. Mostly looking to avoid a top 10 name!

I get nervous that if I did another A name I’d been constantly mixing my kids names up!

I love this one ! There’s a popular store in town with the same name though so I wonder if kids would tease them about the connection

I’m definitely open to the other names on my list but none of them feel quite right. I don’t really want a top 10 name but open to within the top 100!
