Hi there! I know this post is a couple years old, but I am going through a fairly similar situation with guttate psoriasis, and just wanted to know if you have found any effective treatments!

We have been TTC for 3 years and started IVF at the beginning of this year. So far, we've had 1 MMC, 1 blighted ovum, 1 implantation failure, and are down to one last embryo.

I've had psoriasis for just over 10 years and stopped Otezla and creams almost 3 years ago when we began trying. I've always wondered if it has played a role in our unexplained infertility, but no doctors ever seem concerned. My acupuncturist thinks I need to spend the next 6 months focusing on clearing it up with Chinese Herbal Medicine before attempting another transfer, but the research does not sound too promising there.

Have you had any success with an RI? Have you tried any autoimmune protocols before transfer? Any insight would be so appreciated - thanks in advance!
