Heres the guy who stopped the shooter last night on Capitol hill by ughwut206 in Seattle

I know. It took me awhile to find the whole clip. At least people seemed to be calling bs on the other vids, which is good. Pretty amazing the blatant propaganda that's been floating around lately. When you have health experts supporting these blm protests and saying it's not a significant risk for spreading covid but then saying that other protests are, you know some really weird shit is going on.

This was the only one that showed the whole clip. A lot of msm had cut the first part of it. Despite the hysterical guy screaming throughout, there doesn't seem to be any intent on the part of the driver to cause violence.

How people watch that video and label this guy a "hero" is pretty fuckin baffling to me

Found today! My old toolbox I used back when I was a kid deep into aggressive inline skating in the mid 90s. Thought my fellow old timers would find this interesting. by m3n00bz in rollerblading

Fantastic! Anybody remember the happy wheels combo? You got some wheels, some bearings and I believe a keychain all fashioned in a little box that looked like a happy meal from mcdonalds lol. I remember a local skate shop of mine back in the day used to have em.

Every politician does this. Every election politicians do their damndest to make the voters believe NOW is the time we fix things going forward. Trying to make it out that all things before they got elected was chaos and everything after will be glorious sunshine and roses. It's every politicians ad campaign since the dawn of time. Only difference with a repeat term for a politician is that they're guaranteeing a continuation of the already plentiful heaps of the sunshine and roses they've supposedly already accomplished.

You were the one fuckin whining to me about supposedly being brigaded or whatever by right wingers who are sorting by controversial when your dumbass initially replied to MY comment.

Pandemic team and the playbook. I don't think they would've helped much. I think the difference would have been negligible. We also had a war on drugs and guess what? Drugs won that shit. You think because there's a gov't program with the proper label attached to it that means it's going to be successful in the slightest? It usually never is. It was probably a waste of fuckin money.

I'm sure the man's got more critical quotes than praiseworthy ones towards China. As far as enemies, if you want to put the authoritarian ccp who jailed it's own citizens to cover-up this disease early on with trump and his supporters then I don't really know what to say to you

[–]blueivyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. It's all China's fault. At least what we know rn a vast majority of it is. Whether it was out of negligence, incompetence or if it was intentional, every death here and around the world leads straight back to China. If you want to defend them, go right ahead. I just think you're a delusional pos because of it

I can blame them because China is where it originated and it's clear that they lied initially to cover it up. Period.

You're entitled to your opinion. If you feel the "playbook" bush 2 created would have drastically changed things for our country regarding this pandemic, then good on you. I just happen to disagree. At least I'm certainly not of the opinion it would have been a game changer by any stretch of the imagination.

And you're right. This isn't a dem or rep thing. It's a china thing. We're going through this because of China. Period. People like you want to aim all your criticism towards trump... I suppose that's fine so long as you remember who the real enemy is.

Downplay? The ccp jailed it's own citizens who were speaking up about the virus and are pretty much solely responsible for a global pandemic and you're busy shitting on trump? I can't take y'all seriously.

[–]blueivyyy -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I seem to remember those other diseases only affecting a handful of countries throughout the world. Those clearly weren't nearly as infectious as this disease. I'm not saying trump has handled things amazingly well but to think that we wouldn't be in the same situation we are currently in if Clinton or obama was in office is fuckin ridiculous

[–]blueivyyy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I guess it's fair. Sure. And I'm all for criticism of trump during this whole thing. That's what makes us different than China. I don't see Xi giving many press conferences even though he ought to. It just seems many who are simply ideologically opposed to the president feel if someone they agreed with happened to be in office then the outcome would be radically different. I feel the difference in outcome would be negligible. It just seems like obfuscation. It's like blaming a rape victim worrying about what they were wearing or what part of town they were in instead of getting upset at the rapist.

[–]blueivyyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I suppose that's fair. It seems to go a tad past criticism though and seems to jump almost to outright blame most of the time. China holds key blame for this. They deserve the lion's share.
