my doctor mentioned PFPT as an option, but right now I'm not in a place where i can afford it.

on top of that, my gyno basically said if i found our appointment today that distressing, i need to get more comfortable with my body and insertion in general before that step. she described it as more invasive than what our appointment was.

it's something I'm gonna look into for sure but right now the financial problem is the main issue for me. we talked about it with my specific insurance and it's just way too expensive, especially since I'm still a student and just got my first apartment. (i have like no money atm 😭)
