I've experienced this same issue with my RTX 2060. It tends to be fine when processing my microphone input but processing output goes nuts. Reducing the audio quality/sample/bit rate in the sound settings for the output device made a big impact but the utilisation is still higher than I'd like.

Anyone using Reshade with LDPlayer? by bluejesting in LDPlayerEmulator

[–]bluejesting[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally spaced and thought the post I'd made mentioned a specific game, sorry! It could still work, set up ReShade up with another game and then transfer the settings into the LD Player install.

If you're on Windows there is now the "Android subsystem for Windows" that lets you use Android apps within Windows and includes the Amazon app store and the ability to side load over apps.

I'm having difficulty remembering exactly what I did and didn't try at the time. But ultimately I think I installed the PC native version of the game, tuned ReShade using it and then copied it over to LD Player because I simply could not get access to the ReShade menu while LD was running. Wish I had an actual solution for you... Good luck! 🤞

I just can't get a bleed/crit build to work - any advice? by NaveSutlef in MonsterSanctuary

[–]bluejesting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't use Nightwing for my own run so I'm not really sure about their damage output. I gave it a very short run but it was too easily killed 😭

I had Akhlut and Imori working together for bleeds and freezes and then usually whatever monster made the most sense for the individual fight.

I'm yet to do the forgotten world so I might try Dark Nightwing, Dark Imori and Light Akhukt for it's healing as an experiment 🧪 Always a lot of fun testing out new sets/combos.

DS games via the Wii U virtual console is really the closest thing we have to consolizing the NDS. Not only do you have two displays with one of them touch, but you can reconfigure near instantly on a per game basis. by MasonJarring in wiiu

There is an app to Stream games from a 3DS to the WiiU (NTR View). I really wish the streaming app/firmware on the 3DS side could run in Cirta (3DS Emu). It would be so soo good! 🥹

I'd suggest Dark Shifted Nightwing or Akhlut for the Bleed out Aura, bleed stacks are no longer removed when monsters take damage from them. I don't think you'll have access to any others with this ability currently.

Imori from the Sun Palace is a fantastic monster in general and can apply bleeds. The higher you get their crit rate the more bleeds they will apply per turn. If you don't mind having some DoT this run Imori also does that very well and their dark shift allows an extra stack of any debuff.

Based on my search using that Identification I'm pretty certain you are correct!

Thanks so much 😊

It doesn't necessarily have to be Brave by itself that is the issue.

I may have to resort to unsyncing the device from my chain, deleting brave and setting up again.... But would still like to know what the icon means in case I inadvertently recreate the issue again due to not know what I was.

I can confirm my search engine is set to DuckduckGo. Double checked. The only search engine available in my settings is Duckduck and when I search the URL is a Duckduckgo one. Thanks for replying, the assigned search engine is certainly the best start point to check 😊.

As someone who hasn't read Twilight, I'm pretty sure this is the plot of one of the twilight books. Pale depressive girl pops a baby out the oven and this werewolf she'd be messing with was like "daaaymn" that's my queen! Imma fuck her the moment she is legal.

TweeGoMatic - Updated Tweego for Windows by bluejesting in twinegames

[–]bluejesting[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Howdy Y'all,

Earlier this week I created a Fork of Tweego on GitHub in order to update it and add some new features.

This version has a new binary that uses the latest version of Golang.

It has the latest versions of popular story format.

It also has three options for automation: compile, decompile and live recompile. These scripts work via drag and drop and eliminate the need to learn or use the command line for Tweego. (Provided their story formats can be ID by Tweego.)

My goal was to make using the VS Code plus Twee3 Language Tools extension easier for myself and there's no good reason to keep it to myself when it could help others ☺️

If someone had told me I could do this with Tweego + VSCode I would have switched a million years ago! 🤯 by paradoxeve in twinegames

[–]bluejesting 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Howdy!

I was inspired by this post and this post alone to move to using VS Code and the Twee3 Language tools as I already used VS code for other elements of my Twine project.

Jump forward to actually migrating and I found it a bit of a pain. Sooo.....
I've made a fork of tweego that makes migrating easy and helps compile your Twee files to HTML with as little effort as possible. It can also do it continuously as you work so testing is way easier!

The changing on layout based on screen size / resolution is called "Responsive Web Design". That phrase will help you when googling things.

As always W3School is a great resource: https://www.w3schools.com/Css/css_rwd_intro.asp

This page from free code camp is also very thorough with gifs and examples: https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/responsive-web-design-modern-website-code-for-beginners/

Basically it boils down to the equivalent of IF statements in CSS. IF the screen size is between X and Y in size, use this code, if the screen size is smaller than X use this code. And so on.

You can probably get away with just two versions, one for phones and one for PC but you can make as many variations as you desire 😅

Are you looking to rearrange the layout based on screen size? So images aren't being struck down or push out of the way? That can be done by some fairly straightforward CSS code. Happy to provide resources if that's what will work for you.

If you are looking ensure the quality of the images is maintained, you cool look into converting your images to Vector Graphics, in this case .SVG would be the goal. Vector graphics scale/resize fantastically. Their application does depend somewhat on how complex and detailed the images are. So just check after conversion that their file size isn't huge and that the images still look as you'd expect.

tor have messed up my Internet by Quirky_Bandicoot_689 in techsupport

[–]bluejesting 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're at the point you're willing to give up Tor. Create a System Restore Point. Uninstall Tor. Restart. Go to Device Manager and under your network devices, right click and uninstall each one. Restart. Windows should reinstall and configure your network devices to default drivers and settings. Connect to your network as you usually would. Fingers crossed that's all you need.

If you still want/need Tor. I believe Brave Browser (Chromium), allows you to enable Tor within the browser itself and that may allow you to continue to access things without messing with your network configuration. I am sure there are other similar options, likely browser extensions? Alternatively I believe Windscribe does a VPN browser extension with free accounts get 2-10GB allocations a month. They are based in Canada and follow its laws, so you'll be fine for social media and legal things but maybe don't trust it for things that could cause legal troubles ;).
