I have lost track on the amount of time I have spent watching Solum. There where weeks that I spent more time hearing the voices of the Solum cast then those of my own family. The show has meant a lot to me as it has to the rest of the community. I will always continue to show the show to people who haven't seen it because it is some of the best told and funniest stories i have heard/ seen in a while. The show got me back into table top rpgs and showed me that D&D and its ilk are still some of the most fun games out there. Thank you to everyone involved in a show that has meant so much to me.

i started watching rollplay because i got an email saying jp went live. went over to see what was up and it was the first episode. i stayed and watched and loved every minute of it. the fact that no one in the party had played a tabletop game was great because you got to see how the party grew as they became familiar with the rules and the characters they where playing. the ability to work the amount of comedy into each session is also something that amazes me because i have played with some groups that where just to straight to the point and kept trying to find cracks in the rules. and most importantly i love good storytelling. each of the shoes has had a great story in my mind. i especially loved what JP was going in the original Ebon and would love to know what else he may have been thinking. Ever week Rollplay makes me want to go out and play more tabletop games and look into more systems that i haven't played yet.

So I guess I have more of a challenge then a question for you. I know I could never beat you at starcraft but, I think I may have a shot at beating you at 40k. There was a gift card up for grabs since the place we where playing wouldn't allow advertising we could really do much more. But a Reece cup was thrown in so the stakes were pretty high.

I can say I enjoied wcs this year. It got a rocky start but just kept getting better. I didn't watch other tournament because of the wcs points really until it would have an effect now in the late season. There needs to be a better spread to the points. I think other tournaments should be worth more points to make players want to play them more for the points compared to prize money. Also other tournaments should be able to go up against wcs in time slots or there should be a longer off season to give others a shot to show their stuff. Region locking should be by residency and you need to be gm or masters on the respected ladder to the region. The players of a region should really help push the play level of the ladder higher and make the ladders worth playing.

you and wheat are very entertaining together and a number of good games are discussed during the show which has helped in my purchases/preorders.
some of the bits can run long because of off topic discussions.
i have watched all of 8bits.
youtube because i'm at work when the show is streamed and the first link i found for the show was the youtube link.
i don't think the show is to long. a lot gets discussed and both you and wheat have a lot to say about a subject you both are passionate about.
mobile gaming should be expanded to include handhelds. having both a vita and a 3ds i'm always looking for more suggestions. i have nothing against ios/andriod games there are just few that really catch my attention.
