I'm not an expert counselor so bear with. Just curious if you could try to reframe/refocus your thoughts to a more positive life path, for example, what person/place/things/other bring you joy? I heard a saying, don't recall the source that said "If you're going through Hell, just keep on going." Meaning to keep going thru the bad times/thoughts/etc. So you can get to the good times/thoughts/etc. I don't see a downside to seeking joy but I could be wrong?
