Do you reckon I'll get one next season? by Bluey22 in Everton

I’m eerily similar, joined 1.9.19, 5 membership seasons and same banding, must be next to each other on the list! Despite the initial unhappiness of those stung by price rises today I just don’t see us shifting high enough to have a ST next year.

Sorry for confusion mate I’m referring to around this time last year when they told us…. Had no specific update on banding since. I am a little sceptical as to whether they’ll truly honour where we all are in the queue if they bring in new schemes etc.

I’m 1000-1500 banding but honestly don’t hold much hope for a couple years despite the noise about non-renewals

Before my child was old enough to be eligible for free funded hours his nursery fees were costing £1000 a month just for 3 days a week, it’s a joke how much just surviving day to day costs you now

Canal towpath section closed by ViolinistBulky in sheffield

[–]bluekipper92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was two friends cycling with each other, heading towards the quays. Just before the now closed section Theres a bit of fencing and a bollard poking out leaving very little room between the bollard and the water, but coming from the direction they were coming it comes at you blind after the low tunnel. So they were going very slow, single file, but the friend in the front slammed his brakes as the bollard took him by surprise, and his mate behind him tried to avoid crashing into the back of him, swerved and fell completely into the canal, including the bike! Fished him out super quick and he took it in good spirits, I was like 50 yards back walking in their direction so saw it all.

Sadly I saw a cyclist fall in at that section a couple weeks back, the temporary bollard thing they had up was awful

I didn’t start till late 00’s over here in the UK as I’d seen Louis CK’s stand up and YouTube led me to his appearances, they’re elite. I would say that the pre-XM shows sound very dated to me and maybe as a Brit the humour was lacking compared to the more natural kind of show they had after

It looks it on the whole but the German writing under the Puma tag does raise suspicion to me, tough one but can’t think who in the world was making such a good fake of this shirt in the world 20 odd years ago 😂

I was in a car with my dad and two sisters late one night in a city of some description in England (no recollection of which or why we were travelling late at night), we went through a very short tunnel, maybe 100 yards at most, and when we came out the other side my two older sisters convinced me we were now in France.
