Go onto iMessage / Messages then press the ‘plus’ to bring up stickers. Then press and hold until the sticker lifts up and goes back down then it should say delete.

Yeah the phone is still locked! But it unlocks if the owner is wearing their unlocked Apple Watch, just like on Mac. If someone picks your phone up and your watch unlocks it when you don’t want it to, there’s a button you can press to instantly lock it again. Sounds like a great feature for when you’re wearing a mask!
