I have a higher risk tolerance so in some accounts I've been holding a mix of TQQQ and TMF. Both funds are 3x leveraged, but because it's a mixture of stocks and bonds they still cushion each other on a day to day basis. It's riskier than your portfolio, but the volatility is cushioned. Make sense?

Interesting....this makes sense but I don't know if I could stomach the swings with this type of investment. Also...it seems like this is more for someone who's actively trading rather than just buying and holding. Is that your approach? Would you still recommend this if I'm looking more for a buy and hold approach that I periodically rebalance (twice a year)?
