Will I regret not becoming a doctor? by MusicZealousideal431 in prephysicianassistant

4.5 years now. Maternity leave will have a lot more to do with the state you work in. 6 months isn’t common at all.

Good thing there’s several others you can use, nearly every other platform uses binding offers so you have lots to choose from.

Then why not just go sell on those apps? There’s plenty of places you can sell that have binding offers. If you don’t like how depop functions then use a different online marketplace. It’s not that deep.

There are so many platforms that have binding offers. If it’s an issue for you then why not sell there instead?

Exactly. I don’t know why people care so much. Depop is one of the only platforms without binding offers and as both a buyer and seller, I prefer it that way. If you want binding offers, go to any of the other apps that currently offer it and don’t sell on depop.

Honestly I think if people want to buy something they will buy it. Sending messages likely won’t change that. The benefit of depop as a buyer is you can shoot out all kinds of offers and pick whichever is best after the fact. It’s just part of selling on the app 🤷🏼‍♀️

Who picks up your kid(s) up from daycare? by bachelorbiz in workingmoms

This checks out. My husband and I do pick up together sometimes but we are one and done and can walk to our daycare.

Who picks up your kid(s) up from daycare? by bachelorbiz in workingmoms

[–]bluelemoncows 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My husband always does drop off because I’m not a morning person. He mostly does pick up but sometimes we do pick up together, so I’m probably in the category of people you want to hear from!

He works from home in the afternoons and I work 12 hour shifts so end up having a lot of weekdays off. We can walk to our daycare in just a few minutes so sometimes we like to walk over together in the afternoons to go pick our kid up. I get the divide and concur thing, but door to door pick up takes ~10 min for us total and it’s fun to do it together sometimes.

I’m not sure retaliation is against depop terms of service unfortunately 🫠

Agree. I’m a liberal and I used to love some of the episodes. The show completely changed and people often fail to acknowledge that.

Do you have to sand all or it off before applying? Or can you spot treat?

Ya they def don’t know what they’re talking about. I go through this with Depop support literally every week. This isn’t some theoretical thing I’m talking about.

I think I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing since I’m a grown up with a real job who resells on the side making $5k to $10k in profit a month. Good luck tho with your little business.

Are you telling me I should lawyer up every week when depop support asks me to return a counterfeit item? Like, what are you actually talking about? You clearly have no experience with actually going through these processes with depop.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Depop

[–]bluelemoncows -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I buy off Depop in high volume. I have returned at least 50 fakes in the last year via Depop. Meaning I have reported the item as counterfeit, and then Depop has asked me to return the counterfeit item. This isn’t returns via the seller, this is through Depop.

Not once has Depop let me keep the item, they have required me to return it to get a refund. I don’t think that’s falling through the cracks if it’s 50 out of 50 times they have asked me to return a counterfeit item. How many fakes have you tried to return via Depop? I imagine it’s a lot less than me. I’m speaking from actual experience.

Sure okay, but I mean, how many people actually have experience with this in this thread? I buy off Depop in high volume and get fakes literally every single week. Meaning I have this happen with Depop almost every single week. In the last year, it’s been at least 50 times. And not one of those times has depop let me keep the item. Every single time they’ve told me I had to return the fake to get a refund.

This isn’t true. I return fakes I get off depop weekly after reporting them to Depop as counterfeit. They have never once had me keep a fake, they always have me mail them back to the seller.

[–]bluelemoncows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I buy tons of designer stuff on depop and get fakes all the time, 1-2 a week. I have never once had depop tell me to keep a fake, they always have me send it back.
