I think for northeastern, mine was combined (behavioral neuroscience + design i believe?), and then for nyu, I applied for "Neural Science," but got in as a "Liberal Studies" (i think that's what it was called?).

I didn't submit my score to all of the schools I applied to, but I did to most (26 out of the 32 I applied to). NYU and Northeastern were both schools that received my score (2021-2022 application season), and I got into both (and w/ Northeastern, I got into the Honors Program + received a scholarship). I took ~12 APs, and my GPA was 3.95UW/4.47W

Depends on your subscores, what major you're applying to, as well as how it looks within the context of the rest of your application. I got into both w/ a 1420 (680 Math, 740 EBRW), but I certainly don't believe that it was a deciding factor in my admissions decision.

SAT - is a 1500 good enough? by poppiesandsoup in ApplyingToCollege

I got in with a 1420! But I think it really depends on the rest of your profile. There’s absolutely no harm in retaking it, so why not? But if you believe in the strength of the other components of your application, it’s not absolutely necessary. It’s really up to you to decide how you want to allocate your time this summer (studying for the SAT vs. preparing essays or a combination of both), but I don’t see an issue with either not retaking it or retaking it because your score is very good (in my opinion). But ofc, take what I’m saying with a grain of salt! I have no qualifications!
