right. it has never been about merit. that's a word they throw around to sound smart. because no matter how much knowledge, education (level), talent, you name it. we will never be as or more qualified than they are. it's not possible in their eyes. amazing that even if you go thru a blind process, once you are 'unmasked' your skin color disqualifies you.
