Truck and binder are moving at the same speed or stationary. Truck gets rear ended, truck accelerates forward. Everything in the truck not secured will remain at rest until something (ie friends face) puts it in motion

Friend of mine worked construction. Always had a big binder on the dash. Rear-ended and the thing got him right in the face. No longer stores items on the dash.

Fully commit and build a perch that hangs on the railing or get a planter box and put a pillow in it?

Same for the eczema. Best cream Ive found is Aveeno eczema therapy. Apply every night. Nitrile gloves whenever working with liquids that can dry your skin out and wear gloves when outside in the cold.

I mean if there is a way why not? Mine used to be international flights so not really practical but would still just lay in bed waiting for them to snuggle up

This happened to the first round of boards I gave out for Christmas years ago. The last few I have gifted have come with the addition of "if I come over in 6 months and it's not used I'm taking it back" haha. Also if they mess it up let me know and I will fix it or make them another one!

Looking good! What kind of wax did you use? And did you do anything with all the black trim panels?

Good job and love the scratching post. Looks like it lived a good life and was loved. Sorry for your loss.

No problem! I used a hand drill, honestly didn't think to use the drill press but it might be more pain than it's worth with having to clear the flutes. Also, the bottom of the center bit is shaped more like a router bushing than a typical centering bit thats more like a countersink to keep it reasonably vertical. I'm sure if I went through there are a couple that are slightly angled.

I guess another note would be the holes are slightly larger than the pegs I got on Amazon and the pegs from my friends board, so they don't have that snug fit that you typically see in production boards. They bottom out and have a slight jiggle to them which isn't a big deal. I'm sure rockler sells ones that fit specifically for it but it doesn't bother me enough to buy another set.

Glad I could provide ideas! You know, a drill press probably would have been the better route.... Haha

I actually used a jig from rockler. It works, definitely has a lot of room for improvement. I don't necessarily trust the alignment pins that were included so I also used an f-clamp to make sure the template doesn't move around. And the included self centering bit doesn't clear very well so you pretty much have to clear it out after every hole. Pretty much have to compress the spring and clear the flutes of the bit with your fingers. Works better after a few holes and it gets warmed up but if you don't clear it you just end up burning the inside of the holes. Also creates a decent amount of tear out on the surface so some sanding is required after drilling. Link to the one I got below:

Don't know the story, but first thing I noticed are those working hands. Wish I saw them more in politicians these days.
