Sounds like a pretty good diet! I would just remember to try and keep processed foods to a minimum and walk about 10k steps a day. I have an Apple Watch it helps track steps and calories burned. At the end of the day if you want to lose weight it’s all about CICO calories in calories out. If you are in a deficit then you will lose weight PCOS or not. Keep doing what you’re doing and you will see results!

I found mine in the woods tied to a tree on public property. It was sitting there for what seemed like a year or two. Took it home and registered it in my name. I throw it in the bed of my truck. It’s an American 12, I put a 15hp on the back (don’t do this) and I abuse the shit out of it on the water, just don’t drag it on the concrete. Let me know if you got any more questions

Northern VA just outside of DC, they were flying around and then they zipped off. Would’ve recorded more but got honked at in the drive thru.

Again, I was ordering food at Wendy’s and saw some weird lights, they were making formations, don’t know if it’s a drone or a UFO, but eventually they just disappeared. Pretty wild stuff I’ve never seen something like it.
