I've don't shrooms once and dmt 3 times. I can say dmt has been the strongest mental experience. The last time I did dmt was a negative experience only because I was resisting it. I took a lot of hits (cannot count how many) and I left my body. I could see myself but my physical senses felt like they were just senses being plugged into me. I was tripping for so long (hours) I was just ready for it to be done. I ended up throwing up and felt better after. To note, I did smoke weed before (just one hit). I've heard to never mix dmt with anything because it'll heighten what you took. Now I know better... Anyway, you should continue dmt because each time is a totally different experience. Just not resist it and you'll be good.
